Real estate — from apartments to a palace, village plan and house deeds
The room above the tavern stays with every hero forever, but now you can grow further — rent an apartment, buy a house (1 500 ◎), a house with land (5 000 ◎), an estate (25 000–100 000 ◎), a castle or a palace. In Velhaven everything is more expensive — up to a million for a palace. Land is sold by the village elder and the Land Office at the town hall, a mortgage is given by the guild banker, and raw materials by foremen and stonemasons. Large estates have their own layout with floors and doors, rooms are furnished with furniture, and workers are hired for the household. Each estate is recorded in a beautiful deed — it can be sold to another hero right on the new Hero Market, and the new owner will be entered into the document.
